A 79-year -old NDG landlady has been told not to clean a flithy aparment left filled with two feet of garbage by a tenant who has not been seen in almost three months. But after tenants have been complaining about the horrible smell, the landlady has decided it's time to take matters into her own hands, even if the Rental Board has told her not to touch anything until her hearing in three weeks.
Garbage covers every square inch of the rooms and even with a mask on, the smell coming out from there is still unbearable.
The landlady's daughter, says she couldn't wait around for the rental board to give her the go ahead to clean this place up mostly for the protection of her other loyal tenants.
So she has called in a cleaning crew (Cleanmatik expert in extreme cleaning) who will take 3 days to clean the place
